We use the whole animal in our approach, our Signature Beef, Lamb and Pork Blends use these approximate percentages.
70% Beef, 10% Organs, 10% Bones, 5% Tripe, 5% Cartilage, Sinew, Blood etc.
Our Signature Chicken Blend uses the whole animal with the exception of the heads, wings and feet which are removed along with the majority of the feathers.
Our Signature Herring Blend is made of whole fish caught off the shores of Nova Scotia.
